Your Voice Matters: Tell Us How We’re Doing

Posted on January 9th, 2017 2 Comments »

The start of a new year often makes you want to start fresh and think about changes you’d like to make.

At TTD, as we reflect upon 2016, we want to thank you for your continued support and trust in us and the electrical services that we provide.

Looking forward to 2017, we’d like to take this opportunity to invite you to take a few moments to complete our Customer Satisfaction Survey. As far as we’re concerned, all feedback is appreciated! Naturally, positive feedback helps us to know what we’re doing right. Negative feedback provides us with opportunities to improve in areas that need work. It’s important for us to know what aspects of our service can be improved upon so that we can continue to provide the best customer service in the industry.

Customer satisfaction is simple – deliver high quality services that either meet or exceed your customer’s expectations. That’s our commitment to you.

Hi Deborah. Most of the comments on the TTD website “articles” has been Spam, meaning unsolicited frivolous and potentially harmful messages. For example, many Spam comments are auto-posted, if for no other reason than to waste the recipient’s time, i.e. malicious. They are cleverly automatically worded to seem legit (no human ever sends/touches then BTW. After years of seeing so many of them, they stick out like a sore thumb. I have also seen far too many with back-links. I have tested literally hundreds of links over the years – every single one of them link to either a) a product/ad, likely fraudulent, b) an auto-subscription to “never land” (endless Spam), c) true malware (yes – absolutely!), and combinations of the above. That is why today, for now, I limited the ability (not turned off) for comments to appear.

I understand however it’s very important to connect with your readers! There are alternative and great ways to connect to them: Legitimate blog posting (we need are devising a strategy for you); social media (strategy also underway); better email marketing (1st of our initial vision went out Friday morning).

Hope this is helpful to you!
