In July 2023, The Third Taxing District Electric Department will be lowering the Power Cost Adjustment (PCA) component of your electric bill.
The new PCA rate for all customers will be $0.035/kWh. Customers can expect to see a reduction of approximately 2.5% in their monthly electric bills.
